Hello, welcome to my apartment. I have lived here for only a few years. For working reasons I have had to leave it, but left part of my heart here. It has been decorated for me, by me, with love. Eventually, I will come back and live here; but in the mean time I like the idea of having travellers from all over the world enjoying it (sign my guest book). This area is precious and unique. Here you are right in the historical center of Rome, only a few minutes walk from the colosseum, yet this street is very quiet. You will find all the possible conforts in this apartment: spacious shower (important) with a strong erogation and never ending hot water. The kitchen is an invitation to cooking, and with the a quality fresh vegetable market you find at a few minute walk across Via Labicana, cooking will become an easier task. .

Nightly Rate:
The apartment is normally rented by the week for ITL.1.550.000.=

ITL. 220.000 a night for 2 people on a weekly basis

ITL. 250.000 if less than 5 days

ITL. 300.000 for 3 or 4 people

High season is calculated as an extra 20%

It is best not to accomodate more than four people in the apartment
