City Guest House of Rome

BB's Campo Dei Fiori
Via San Salvatore in Campo, Campo Dei Fiori

I am happy to show you a cosy and welcoming home (80 sq mt) where my husband and I spent four memorable years. The house is set in the heart of Rome's city centre, a 5 min walk from Piazza Navona, a 5min walk from Trastevere and a 1 minute walk from Campo dei Fiori. Piazza Campo dei Fiori (Field of Flowers Piazza) as the name spells is the main open-air flower market of Rome and in the early hours of the morning it transforms into a beautiful collage of colours and scents which mingle with those of the bustling open-air food market. The Piazza also offers an array of speciality food stores and antique shops. The house is situated between the chic shopping centre of Rome; Piazza Navona, Corso Vittorio Emanuele, Via del Corso, and the popular Roman Rione( neighbourhood) Trastevere which is comparable to the Latin quarter in Paris, bustling with antique shops, speciality food stores, restaurants and pubs. Not to mention the Jewish ghetto, two blocks away; full of Roman tradition and fine restaurants. BB's Place is in a beautiful Renaissance building. The house is divided in two segments, one with a 4-mt wooden beam ceiling and the other a lower and inspiring brick vault and is decorated in a very refined Italian style. The house is in a Rione, which is off limits for non- residents cars. It is very quiet and if one listens carefully at night, you can hear seagulls sing as they fly up the river Tiber and settle themselves on the domes. We hope that you will enjoy your stay with us in Rome and remember if in need of anything; from recipes to train departure times, you can contact City Guest House Apartments, the office is open 7 days a week. .
